Course covers the proper Installation practices for the Daikin VRV IV indoor and outdoor heat pump and heat recovery systems and accessories.

Whether it is a single boiler or multiple boilers, the method of boiler control influences how effective the system can be. In this presentation, we will look at boiler control strategies and answer the following questions:
- What needs to be controlled?
- How do we approach multiple water temperatures?
- BMS vs onboard control, can they co-exist?
- Multiple boiler installations, what is the best way to approach this?
Course covers the proper practices for the Daikin VRV IV equipment product line to include the pre-commissioning and System Commissioning Steps, set up of Selected Remote Controller and Outdoor Unit Field Settings, Outdoor Unit with Ducted Discharge Air & Indoor Units.

The Maryland/District of Columbia APPA Chapter is holding its Fall Educational Program on October 20, 2023 at Montgomery College's Rockville Campus.
The event will feature two educational sessions - one on fleet electrification given by Alicia Brissett of Enterprise Fleet Management, and one on improving indoor air quality while reducing energy use, given by Ted Vergis of enVerid and Tim Dorman of Havtech.
